The BGJ is an international peer-reviewed journal. Articles are usually sent to reviewers following submission. The articles are sent anonymously and the reviewer’s comments are sent to the author, also anonymously, so that the reviews are made solely on the basis of critical appraisal. We are indebted to our team of reviewers for their work, which is invaluable for authors and makes a significant contribution to the quality of the final contributions.
