Renata Mizerska works in a private practice as a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher. Her training and approach incorporates Gestalt therapy, mindfulness (MBSR/MBCT) and self-compassion (MSC). She is interested in the application of Body-Mind approach, mindfulness and research within therapy. She is passionate about delivering psychology workshops and trainings nationally, that make a difference to the health and well-being of people. Renata is strongly involved in the Gestalt Meetings initiative in Poland and enthusiastic about the idea of integration.
She is the leader of the mindfulness project (www.Uważni.pl) and co-founder of the KARUNA Center for Psychotherapy and Development (www.karuna.com.pl).
